Seven by 7:00

“What’s hurting us is that we don’t have any routines.”

I love having a friend I can talk to about my struggles at home. One who listens and asks the right questions about what’s really going on.

Our daily routine consists of making the bed and brushing teeth. No wonder nothing gets done! So starting tomorrow, we’ll work on a full morning routine. At least the start of one.

I want to work towards “7 by 7:00am” and then “8 more by 8,” where the 7×7 is daily routines and the 8×8 is my weekly routine (I.e. Monday is always the same Monday routine, etc.). But I don’t want to take on so much that I get discouraged. So starting tomorrow, it’s 7 by 7:00.

Tomorrow morning:
Read my Bible
Drink water
Empty the dishwasher
Eat breakfast
Feed the kids
Laundry progress

See you in the morning!
